Our company can already look back on almost 170 years of experience. It all began with the foundation of the company in 1849, still under the name of Fa. Schüssler & Co. At first we traded as wholesalers with various cotton fabrics for stages, theatres and large screens which were painted by hand. In the 80’s we concentrated on digital printing and in fact, developed a process for coating fabrics, making them digitally printable. Over the years, this spirit of innovation and quality awareness has resulted in many other processes and products such as be.tex® Samba®, which continues to set the benchmark in the industry today. Together with our sales partners, Berger Textiles sells more than 9 million square meters of textiles and accessories, in more than 55 countries.
